Service Description

Each table accommodates 2–4 players. Extra paddles are $5 each. When all participants are members, the discounted member rate applies. Each non-member pays $12.5/hour, with a maximum non-member charge of $25 per table per hour.

Cancellation Policy

1. Default Weekly Attendance: Once enrolled, students are expected to attend weekly at the same scheduled time. No additional confirmation will be sent. Please email us if you need to change. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling: • More than 72 hours in advance: Free cancellation or reschedule. • Within 72 hours: 35% of the class fee will be charged or deducted. • Sick Leave: For every 10 sessions, you’re entitled to 2 free sick leaves without penalty. After that, standard fees apply. 3. How to Notify: Email us at info@mttc-syd.com for all cancellations and rescheduling. 4. System Restrictions: Clients cannot cancel or reschedule online. All changes must be made through admin approval.
